I have had my Circulon set since 1996. I love the set, but I am now getting concerend about the questions raised about the safety of aluminum and the non-stick material. I am thinking about switching to stainless steel

Otherwise, the set has been great for me. - APZ

I would use any stiff bristled brush, commonly used with cast iron pans. Any department store will have them in housewares. Unfortunately, I don't think you'll have much luck unless the stain is sitting on top of the surface, not embedded into the surface.

I would suggest trying the stiff bristled brush. If it works, great. If not, I'm sure the pan will still function fine. - Mark Jala

I bought Circulon cookware a few months ago and I love them. Nothing sticks to them and the cleaning has been very easy every time. However, I had placed some water a dish soap in my saucepan while it rested on top of the hot stove and left them due to an emergency. When I returned to the pan there were dark stains that I have not been able to remove. I read the official recommendations to use water and vinegar, and a special brush was mentioned but I have not found a place that sells them. DO you have any suggestions? - Madeleine Morel
