Farberware Classic cookware is a slightly redesigned version of what folks used ages ago. It is durable, inexpensive, and simply works. I have some Farberware Classic cookware handed down to me from my parents and I still use it to this day. It must be over 40 years old. The new designs offer easier pour lips and strainers built in to some lids.
For budget-minded consumers a Farberware Classic cookware set is a steal. The cookware set mentioned on this page is very good and pretty complete. The nonstick skillets cannot take medium high or high heat. A regular stainless steel skillet would be able to handle higher heat cooking like saute, pan frying or pan roasting.
