Pyrex glass storage products are designed to be safe, secure, and durable. They allow for the greatest space utilization by stacking and nesting efficiently. The lids are safe in your refrigerator or freezer. Pyrex glass is safe in the oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. The glass is non-porous so it will not stain or absorb food flavors or odors from the food or the place in which it is stored. Pyrex Storage glassware is available in 7 shapes, sizes and a set. They have a 1, 2, 4 and 7 cup dish with plastic cover; a 3, 6 and 11 cup rectangular dish with plastic cover; and they have a 10 piece set. The 10 piece set includes a 3 and 6 cup rectangular dish, a 4 cup round dish, and two 2 cup round dishes. All come with blue plastic covers.
Pyrex glass has been in the glassware business since early in the previous century, and in the process they've become a household name. Today, seventy-five percent of American households have Pyrex glass products in their kitchens. As of 1915, all Pyrex glass products have been made at the Pyrex plant in Charleroi, Pennsylvania. The entire time they've continued to produce old classics, and introduce new lines.

A different reviewer says of the same set, “Re-heating food in the microwave is a snap now that I don't have to remove the food from the plastic containers that I used to use, and put them in glass bowls to heat them up. The lids are tight and it takes a bit of technique to put them on. Clean-up is easy and I love the dark blue lids. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants to save time in cleaning up, storing, re-heating, etc.”

Pyrex storage glassware is dishwasher safe, and has a limited 2 year warranty on the glass and a limited one year warranty on parts and accessories.
Pyrex storage glassware has numerous reviews at Amazon, the great majority of which are 4 1/2 to 5 stars overall. An 18 piece round set gets the following rave, “ I am thrilled with this storage series. Plastic or aluminum wrap just doesn't compare. I've used this to store baking ingredients, to store stacked backs of ziplocked beef in the freezer, thin slices of fish, prepared casseroles and of course, leftovers.”
