Le Creuset has recently introduced their line of stainless steel cookware. It's available in an 8 piece set to fit a wide range of cooking styles and needs. The set includes a 9 1/2 inch fry pan, an 8 inch nonstick omelette pan, a 2 and 3 quart covered saucepan, and a 7 1/2 quart covered stockpot. There are eight different types of separates available: fry pans, saucepans, casseroles, pasta pot with insert, braisers, saute pans, chef's pans, and steamer inserts. Le Creuset stainless steel cookware has a 3-ply construction that incorporates a pure aluminum core that is not restricted to the base of the vessels. The core goes straight from base to rim which creates a thorough and even cooking surface that eliminates hotspots. Le Creuset employs a magnetized exterior for all the vessels in this line so that it may be used on any heat source including induction. Each pan has an easy pour lip.
Le Creuset adds many unique touches to help cooks and chefs in the kitchen. Le Creuset considers saucepans to be the “workhorse” of the kitchen. Not only do their saucepans have rims that allow for easy pouring, the company has also marked measurements on the inside of the saucepans to make sure that you will want to use them as a staple in your kitchen.
Le Creuset's factory is in Northern France at Fresnoy-Le-Grand. Since their founding in 1925 they've become a top producer of cookware in France . Although unique pieces of porcelain enameled cast iron cookware are their specialty, they produce high quality stainless steel, enamel on steel, and stoneware cookware as well.

Another says of the stainless steel 8 piece set, and 8 inch nonstick omelette pan, “I just recently bought the 8 pc. set of stainless steel cookware from Le Creuset. I am a big fan of All Clad and wanted something that could compete, but wasn't as expensive. I would recommend this skillet to anyone looking for a great nonstick skillet that cooks evenly, has easy clean up, looks great, and is reasonably priced. The pan is heavy, which is nice for keeping it level on the stove, as well.”
