The Le Creuset enamel on steel is available as either a 6, 8, 12, 16 or 20 quart stockpot , or as a tea kettle that comes in any of five different unique shapes. The Zen teakettle has a classic, Japanese design, and then there are the Demi, Whistling, Ogive, and Halo models. Le Creuset's well-known penchant for bold color available in a great spectrum is not lost here. The stockpot and tea kettles come in seven shades: red, matte black, kiwi, dune, cobalt, white and Caribbean. Le Creuset enamel on steel stockpots are designed to work on all heat sources, gas, electric, induction, and ceramic top. The stockpots heat rapidly and uniformly for slow cooking. Each lid fits tightly to lock in flavor, nutrients, and moisture. Both the lids and base of the stockpots have a stainless steel rim that prevents chips and cracks. The enamel on steel construction makes these stockpots easier to lift and pour.
The Le Creuset factory has been producing cookware since 1925 in Fresnoy-Le-Grand in Northern France . They've become a name in French cookware, and are especially popular with French chefs.

Even so, for both products there are a number of five star reviews as well. “I LOVE this teakettle . It looks wonderful in my kitchen, is easy to clean, and has a nice whistle. It's so satisfying to clean the stovetop then place on it this kettle of lovely shape and color. I hope to have this kettle for many years to come.”
