The KitchenAid stainless steel clad cookware has a 5-ply construction that incorporates an 18/10 stainless steel exterior with a bright luster and an interior with a mirror like finish. The pans have a three layer thick aluminum core that extends up their sides for fast and even heat distribution and a cooking surface that is not restricted to the bottom of the cookware.KitchenAid stainless steel clad cookware is available in a 9 or 7 piece set. The 9 piece set includes a 2 and 3 quart covered saucepan, an 8 quart covered stockpot, a 10 inch skillet, and a 12 inch/5 quart saute. The 7 piece set includes a 2 quart covered saucepan, a 6 quart covered stockpot an 8 inch clad skillet, and a 10 inch/ 3 quart covered saute.
Twenty two separates are available for sale as well. These include both items that are part of the sets, and many that aren't from butter warmers, covered sautes, double boilers, steamer inserts to stackable steamers.
