Altogether, there are 21 choices of the oval gratin dish varying by color, shape and size.
Emile Henry has been producing ceramics since it was founded in 1850. They are located in Marcigny in Burgundy , France where two hundred of the finest potters hand craft each piece from lead free, pure Burgundy clay. The famed line of ceramics is then shipped all over the world to fifty different countries.

The Emile Henry oval gratin dishes can even go from freezer to oven, which is ideal for storing and re-heating your food. The extremely hard glaze is scratch resistant and allows for relatively easy clean up that can be done by hand or placed in your dishwasher. It's also ready to go from your oven-to-table with a beautiful presentation. The oval gratin dishes have a 3 year warranty.
