Demyere Mistral cookware is made of 18/10 stainless steel with a patented high gloss polish called Brinox. Demeyere's Mistral cookware has 20 different vessels and lids of varying sizes. The design of the Mistral line is set apart by its fluid lines that display the stainless steel's natural elegance. As is customary with Demeyere product lines, one will find a variety of classics alongside much specialized cookware such as sauce pans, steam cookers, conic saute pans, and simmering pans. Some items like the teppanyaki duo grill have a Silvinox finish that gives the stainless steel the appeal of fine silver. The Teppanyaki duo grill is a perfect example of the Mistral line's specialty items. This grill has the appearance of a silver platter yet it goes on either two burners or in the oven and can grill anything from fish, fried eggs, steaks, to kebabs or pizza. The Demeyere Mistral line uses the technology for which Demeyere is best known. The saucepans and casseroles have the 7-ply Inductoseal that is stainless steel over a thick pure copper core hermetically sealed to the body of the vessels. The other 7-ply technology used for any vessel that requires heating up the sides is stainless steel over an aluminum core.
