The Circulon Elite cookware product line has their patented TOTAL hard anodized hi-low food release system. It has grooves to prevent damage to the vessels while cooking and provides better nonstick performance. Circulon Elite is made of hard anodized aluminum covered in a nonstick substance that Circulon guarantees will outperform all other nonstick cookware. The hard anodized aluminum is heavy gauge to heat quickly and evenly, and to make sure there are no hot spots. Edges of vessels are flared for easy pouring.
Circulon Elite cookware is sold in a 10 piece set with two bonus vessels, or as 15 separates. The 10 piece line includes a 1 and 2 quart covered saucepan, an 8 quart covered stockpot, 8 and 10 inch open French skillets, an 11 inch "Open Everything Pan" and a 5 1/2 quart Dutch Oven. The "Comfort Grip" handles are made of riveted stainless steel and silicone for easy, slip free gripping. The lids are break resistant glass with stainless steel rims so you can watch food as it cooks. This line is oven safe to 400 degrees and has a limited lifetime warranty. The Circulon Elite cookware product line is NOT dishwasher safe. Hand wash only.

"The lids appear to be dishwasher safe, (I hand wash them) and although well designed for cooking, the channeled rims do require a little more focus during cleaning. One disgruntled customer was especially upset about the warranty and provides some information people may wish to consider, "Their warranty requires me to send $15 along with each piece I want replaced. So lets see...approx $10-15 to pack and ship the defective item plus $15 for them to mail it back...that's $30 per piece, and $60 for two pots. What bunk!!!" The majority of Amazon reviewers are impressed with Circulon Elite Cookware. Most find the line well made, sturdy, and a great kitchen performer. They like the nonstick and feel it lives up to the manufacturer's claims of being superior. They find clean up easy, and are extremely pleased they had purchased Circulon Elite cookware.

Circulon Elite fares extremely well with Amazon reviewers; the line's set and individual pieces of cookware receives 4 1/2 to 5 stars. The Circulon Elite 10 piece set receives 4 1/2 stars overall. A five star reviewer said, "The pots and pans are fantastic! I have baked, covered and uncovered, at 400 degrees various recipes in these pots, and the food cooks and browns evenly, yet the food never burns or adheres to the surfaces, its absolutely remarkable, and these pans are a joy to clean, yes I said joy. It's so easy, I almost feel guilty.
