The Circulon 2 cookware product line features the patented TOTAL Hi-Lo Food release system. It is heavy gauge hard anodized aluminum cookware with grooves to prevent damage during cooking. It has a nonstick coating Circulon guarantees will outperform all other nonstick cookware. Circulon 2 is sold in a 10 piece set with a double bonus, a 12 piece set, or as 13 separates. The vessels in the 10 piece set include 1 and 2 quart covered saucepans, an 8 quart covered stockpot, 8 and 10 inch French skillets, and a 4 quart covered saute.
The line has ergonomic handles, it is oven safe to 350 degrees, is not safe in your dishwasher, and has a limited lifetime warranty. Hand wash only.

One five star reviewer says of the 10 piece set, "I've had a set of Circulon pans for over two years now, and it was the best purchase I ever made. They are so incredibly easy to clean, that you simply swish some soapy water over them and they are done! Nothing sticks, and the finish is incredibly durable. "I've simmered hours of soups, stews, spaghetti sauces, stir fries, etc., in these pans, and they still look like new. The pans are well made and distribute heat evenly. The circular pattern in the finish seems to help foods brown too. "Warning: the Manufacturer's instructions tell you not to use cooking sprays (like "Pam"), but to use oil instead. (Apparently cooking sprays can get too hot, hurting the finish.) I hope the tiny drizzle of olive oil I use doesn't add too many calories to my dishes!" Another five star reviewer says of the set sold as a 12 piece on Amazon, "Cannot say enough good about this set. My fiance does most of the cooking, and I let him pick out the cookware for our registry. Everything heats so evenly and quickly. I was a bit worried when it said not to use on 'high' for electric stoves, but it heated so quickly on the '7' setting, it was faster than my old Teflon set on high! Also won't miss that you can't dish wash them -- they clean so easily! The ergonomic handles are great, too. Excellent set, hands down." Reviewers couldn't be more satisfied with the Circulon 2 cookware line, although a few wish it were dishwasher safe, even though they often quickly add that the line is very easy to hand wash.

The Circulon 2 cookware line rated extremely high with Amazon reviewers. One set is sold as a 10 piece set and another sold as a 12 piece set both received five out of five stars. All reviewers give the sets five stars.The separates for the most part, range between 4 1/2 to 5 stars with a few exceptions.
