Calphalon Everyday Nonstick cookware is made of heavy-gauge hard anodized aluminum for quick and even heating. It has a nonstick surface, textured silicone handles that stay cool on a stove top, tempered glass lids that allow you to watch while cooking, and the line is oven safe up to 450 degrees. Calphalon Everyday Nonstick cookware is sold as a 10 piece set, or basics (omelette pans, sauce pans, and saute pans) and "specialty" items (Dutch oven, rectangular griddle, and round griddle) can all be bought separately.
You cannot use metal utensils with this line and it is not dishwasher safe; it has a lifetime warranty.

The most reviewed product in this line was the Calphalon Everyday Nonstick 6-quart Dutch oven, and it fared very well at 4 1/2 out of 5 stars. A reviewer who received it relatively recently gives it five stars, "A few weeks ago I replaced my stainless steel Dutch oven with a Calphalon Everyday Nonstick 6-Quart Dutch Oven. Food easily burned and stuck to the bottom of the stainless Dutch oven. Now I don't have this problem anymore. I am happy with my purchase." A reviewer who's had it for a bit longer says there was one issue, but overall gives it 4 stars, "I bought this for my wife, and she enjoys using it. Even cooking and long lasting build quality. We have had it for about 6 months maybe. I noticed what looked like a little rusting around some of the handles. It also could be browning from grease or something that got cooked on. It rubs off pretty easily so I'm not worried about it." The Dutch oven is the most popular item in this line with Amazon reviewers so far.

Calphalon Everyday Nonstick cookware generally receives high marks from Amazon reviewers, but there are not a whole lot of reviews so far. Once again, some Calphalon long time users do find that this nonstick cookware does not last. A one star reviewer writes, "After a mere 16 months I have to replace this cookware set because all of the nonstick coating from the bottom of the pans has apparently been an unwelcome addition to the family dinner. I will not make the mistake of paying BIG money for an overpriced, poor quality cookware set again. I will never again buy nonstick. It will be stainless steel for me and it will NOT be Calphalon."
